#120: Be flexible about proof of address

The likelihood that someone has a government-issued photo ID with their current address on it correlates closely with socioeconomic status. If your library requires proof of address to issue a library card, be conscious that this is a bigger hassle for some patrons than others. Be as flexible as you can about what you can accept.
